How to use Sweet Sleep- Helps in Better Sleep, Anxiety, Tension & Relaxation Roll-on

Step 1 – Switch off all electronic devices which include TV, Mobile Phone, Laptops, Ipad, Tab, etc.

Step 2 –  Wash your Face

Step 3 – Apply the Roll-on on your forehead, temples, behind your ear, palms, and sole.

Step 4 – Apply some on your Pillow (Optional)

Step 5 – Go to sleep inhaling the calm aroma.

Repeat it every day before going to sleep.

How to use Breath – Cold & Blocked Nose No Congest Essential Oil Roll-On.

Option 1

• Step 1 – Clean Your Face and Hands.
• Step 2 – Apply a small amount of Roll-on on your Nose, Nostrils, Neck, and Chest. 
• Step 3 – Rub it gently.
• Step 4 – Sit back and inhale and exhale 10-15 times.

You will start feeling better from a blocked nose.

Repeat this same thing 4-5 times a day for better results.

Option 2

Step 1 – Clean your index finger.

Step 2 – Apply a little amount of Roll-on your index finger

 Step 3 – Hold the Finger near to your nose and try to inhale in the oil while keeping the other nostrils close.

Step 4 – Do the same for another side.

Step 5 – Do this activity 4-5 times on each side.

Step 6 – Wash your finger with soap. 

Repeat this whole process 5-6  times a day.
