How to use Its Us Head pain, Migraine & Sinusitis Relief Roll-On.

• Step 1: Clean the Forehead with a wet cloth or Face Wash. Sit in a calm place
• Step 2: Rub Its Us Head Pain Relief Roll-on for 10-15 sec
• Step 3: Cover forehead with Cloth/Handkerchief and close your eyes for 5 min
• Open your eyes after 5 min and experience relaxation

Repeat the process 2-3 times a day for better results.

How to use Breath – Cold & Blocked Nose No Congest Essential Oil Roll-On.

Option 1

• Step 1 – Clean Your Face and Hands.
• Step 2 – Apply a small amount of Roll-on on your Nose, Nostrils, Neck, and Chest. 
• Step 3 – Rub it gently.
• Step 4 – Sit back and inhale and exhale 10-15 times.

You will start feeling better from a blocked nose.

Repeat this same thing 4-5 times a day for better results.

Option 2

Step 1 – Clean your index finger.

Step 2 – Apply a little amount of Roll-on your index finger

 Step 3 – Hold the Finger near to your nose and try to inhale in the oil while keeping the other nostrils close.

Step 4 – Do the same for another side.

Step 5 – Do this activity 4-5 times on each side.

Step 6 – Wash your finger with soap. 

Repeat this whole process 5-6  times a day.

CAUTION – WHILE USING OPTION 2 MAKE SURE YOU DON’T APPLY THAT FINGER TO YOUR EYES OR ANY OTHER INTERNAL PARTS. AS IT WILL RESULT IN BURNING OF YOUR EYES.
