    How to use Sweet Sleep- Helps in Better Sleep, Anxiety, Tension & Relaxation Roll-on

    Step 1 – Switch off all electronic devices which include TV, Mobile Phone, Laptops, Ipad, Tab, etc.

    Option 1

    • Step 1 – Clean Your Face and Hands.
    • Step 2 – Apply a small amount of Roll-on on your Nose, Nostrils, Neck, and Chest. 
    • Step 3 – Rub it gently.
    • Step 4 – Sit back and inhale and exhale 10-15 times.

    You will start feeling better from a blocked nose.

    Repeat this same thing 4-5 times a day for better results.

    Option 2

    Step 1 – Clean your index finger.
