Option 1
- Step 1 – Clean Your Face and Hands.
- Step 2 – Apply a small amount of Roll-on on your Nose, Nostrils, Neck, and Chest.
- Step 3 – Rub it gently.
- Step 4 – Sit back and inhale and exhale 10-15 times.
You will start feeling better from a blocked nose.
Repeat this same thing 4-5 times a day for better results.
Option 2
Step 1 – Clean your index finger.
Step 2 – Apply a little amount of Roll-on your index finger
Step 3 – Hold the Finger near to your nose and try to inhale in the oil while keeping the other nostrils close.
Step 4 – Do the same for another side.
Step 5 – Do this activity 4-5 times on each side.
Step 6 – Wash your finger with soap.
