Wing Yin LAU, originally from Hong Kong, currently stays in Kolkata , West Bengal. She has learned Chinese ink painting for years and she keeps on exploring new medium to express her creativity while facing the difficulty to find certain art material in India. One day she tried her brush and strokes on a piece of Canvas bag and started her art journey of handpainted design bags. Themes of artwork mostly on nature, such as orchids, birds, butterflies of the local places where she goes to. She also likes to depict some scene on street which she finds interesting. Her works have been showcased in eco-store in Hong Kong. Connecting people and the surroundings that they are living in through her works is one of the major objective of her art journey.
